AI - All the Latest Developments
Artificial intelligence (AI) has been changing our lives for decades, but never has AI felt more ubiquitous than now. From SIRI to self-driving cars, artificial intelligence (AI) is progressing rapidly and is being embedded in our everyday lives. Machine learning, task automation and robotics are already widely used in business. These and other AI technologies are about to multiply, and we look at how organisations can best take advantage of them in promoting brands and marketing their products and services.
AI is not just in the form of robots and other human-like characteristics, as we usually view in movies. In fact, it encompasses anything from Google’s search algorithms to IBM’s Watson to autonomous weapons. With more applications in our smartphones and as gadgets becoming "smarter" than their previous generations, businesses consider the use of AI in bringing their brands closer to the consciousness of their customers and target markets. Given this paradigm shift in business, the question now lies on how startups can flow with the tide of change and not fall off from the moving landscape of marketing.
To get a realistic handle on what that future of businesses might look like with Artificial Intelligence, we bring you experts to give us a glimpse of what tomorrow holds in the world of AI as they share some of the most profound changes it could bring in many industries.

Mark is experienced in using technology to successfully drive change through large organisations using agile, innovative approaches. After years in the corporate world observing large enterprises sacrifice positive interactions with their customers by reducing customer service costs, he decided there should be a better solution.
Now, driving the use of conversational interfaces that leverage A.I. and Machine Learning, Mark is enabling organisations to interact with their customers with an enjoyable one-to-one experience that can be scaled cost-effectively.
Mark co-founded inGenious AI to create a customer experience based on conversational language, as it’s the most natural interface for humans to use and understand. inGenious AI chatbots enable simple, familiar interactions via voice or text that people enjoy connecting with, and will change the way great customer service is perceived.
