Marketing is not just all about putting your brand out there. It is also about delighting your customers and building relationships with them. In business, acquiring new customers is more costly and labour-intensive than maintaining new ones. Thus, it is necessary that while you attract new clients to your business, you also must be able to retain your existing set of customers. But it is not just the economics of entrepreneurship that should drive you to keep your customers within your fold. It also enhances the human side of your business.

One way of keeping them engaged into your business is constantly communicating with them and whetting their interest to everything you do within your brand. Building a community around your business will help you establish that relationship with them. You will pick nuggets of knowledge on how to do this through our invigorating workshop where you will learn some techniques, tools and ideas that will help you create your own circle of customers and strengthen the customer relations side of your business.

About The Speaker/s

Sarah Meredith

Sarah is Global Citizen Australia’s Policy and Advocacy Director. She has worked for a number of Australia's Federal and State Government Ministers and has completed a Master of International and Community Development. She loves a great game of Netball, watching the mighty Geelong Cats play in Aussie rules football and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Sarah feels pretty lucky to have grown up in Australia and is passionate about helping others.

Martina Hughes

Martina’s vision is to create a world where people know how to express themselves in an embodied and authentic way. She created Tantric Blossoming, the largest Tantric Community in Australia, 11 years ago, offering workshops, private sessions, retreats and training. Since then she has supported 1000s of men and women to feel their hearts and open to sensations of aliveness throughout the body. Martina’s wish for humanity is for each man and woman to know themselves as a powerhouse of love and sexual energy.

Through tantric practices, Tantric Blossoming creates a transformation of relationship dynamics, so that men and women can create the fulfilling and empowering experiences that they desire with each other. This includes integration of healthy masculine and feminine qualities so that people can find their inner balance, with the result of a greater harmony in external relationships.

Martina’s path has not been a linear one – but what feminine path ever was! She spent her 20s working as a Chartered Accountant and then gave it up to explore natural healing methods. Shiatsu, yoga, breathwork, food as medicine, energy healing were all wonderful stepping stones that supported her path to Tantra.

With tantra, Martina experienced a deep inner awakening, a coming home to the woman inside of her. Feeling the profound effect this had on her life has been the inspiration to share this work with others, so that men and women around the world can experience coming home to themselves also. Martina shares her work throughout Australia, Europe, Asia and America as she is a frequent traveller!
